What we collect
Newsletter
First name and email address you provide, plus the timestamp and consent text.
Web analytics
Anonymous visitor statistics via Lovable Analytics. We do not store IP addresses in clear text and do not build personal profiles.
Technical logs
Short-lived logs from our hosting provider for security and debugging.
Why we process the data
- Send the newsletter with information about Nerja and any partnerships or advertising.
- Improve the site based on anonymous statistics.
- Operate and secure the website.
Legal basis
The newsletter is sent based on your consent (GDPR art. 6.1 a). Site operation and anonymous analytics rely on our legitimate interest (art. 6.1 f) in providing and improving the service.
Retention
We keep your email address and first name until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, after which the data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
We do not share your data
Third-party marketing
We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. We currently do not run digital advertising on social media or Google targeting visitors or newsletter subscribers. If that changes we will update this policy first.
Processors
We use the following processors to run the service: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase), email delivery and anonymous analytics via Lovable.
Your rights
- Request a copy of the data we have about you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
