After an unusually chilly and rainy winter in Nerja, it almost feels as if the whole town has taken a deep breath, and now we're breathing summer again.

Temperatures have settled at pleasant Swedish summer levels and life in Nerja simply feels perfect right now. The sea is becoming more inviting, and many are taking their first dip after the Nerja winter. Social media is filling up with pictures of beach days and outdoor activities in the sun.
The beaches are filling up again
On Nerja's beaches, you can already see more bathers, children building sandcastles, and people enjoying long lunches at the beach restaurants.
A stroll out to the Balcón de Europa in the evening clearly shows that the warmth has returned. Street life, music, and the hubbub are coming back, but it's not yet crowded – simply perfect.
